I thought Mr. Gore promised us "global warming" not cold weather. But what does he know about the weather he is a computer/electrical genious since he invented the internet (his words not mine).

When the weather was sane, every morning the coop door opening was like a rush hour Tokyo commuter train car door opening. The chickens would all but knock each other off the ramp trying to get out.
We've had temps in the teens and twenties for almost four weeks now! Some sort of Virginia record. For the last few weeks when the coop door opens all I see is each chicken walking to the opening peering out with this "Dude Really?!" expression then walking away back to the coop interior. I tell them they better soak up this cold. Before long it will be so hot and humid here in the woods that they will be laying hard boiled eggs!
