I recently noticed our Silkie rooster's 5th toe is swollen. The tip of the toe has a scab on it, and compared to the toe on its other foot, it seems shorter, as if it might have somehow been cut off. This toe is but the size of a large pea or a small grape. What is wrong, and what should I do?
