I think that Napoleon, my 9-month-old male Muscovy duck is mentally retarded. My female Muscovy is sitting on eggs and every time Napoleon sees her he attacks her and starts sitting on the eggs. He doesn't like to swim in our pond, he does not act like a duck, and he bobs his head strangely while making huffing noises. He seems physically healthy, but mentally insane.

Does anyone else have a duck like this?
 
I don't keep ducks but we did have one or two hens a bit like that. My RSL hen Louise was always strange - scrawny, noisy and anti-social, and an escape artist. She laid a decent amount of eggs in her lifetime but we had to keep an eye on her or she would have gotten herself killed with all her antics! She often hid in the tool shed and broke quite a few things in there.
