Hen or roo?

I have a 15 week old barred rock that crowed yesterday morning. I was told it was a pullet when I bought her. I have a mixed flock and this is the only barred rock. Can someone help me decide if it is a hen or a roo?

That is an awful big red comb for a pullet of this age, but I am not seeing any hackle feathers or saddle feathers either, at least that I can tell. However if this one crowed, then surely he is a he.

Welcome to BYC! X4 on rooster. The barring is light and the sickles are getting long. Sorry.
 
I dont have much experience with chickens, but I think if he crowed in the morning he is a rooster.
