Totto became paralyzed all of a sudden video of chicken, pls help

This is Totto, yesterday she started walking slow with her tail down, by night she was no longer walking and late in the night she laid an egg, something she has never done.

The video shows her condition.
Today I gave her antibiotics calcium pill and a kids flintstone vitamin.

I feed them cracked corn and purina mixed half and half, they also eat many Starfruit and leaves.

After reading a bit i am still stumped.

She stopped walking all of a sudden in the morning she was fine in the evening she was like this, she is on her second day.
gave her calcium flintstone kids vitamin and antibiotics.
 
started smelling different, the stool i mean, day 3 she won't move but still eats.
 
4th day, still no change, had to give her a bath this morning she was covered in feces.
Been giving her selenium 200 mg. magnesium in the water she has eaten just a little bit of cracked corn.

Can anybody pls give a little advice! pls! should i put her down?
