Yes, That is how laying pellets are supposed to looks like that. It just has a lot of dust.
Rabbit pellets and chicken pellets look a lot alike

Interesting... for those that don't like to click on links, here's the post:
I just started using flock raiser now that I have babies and adults. I just bought my second bag and its a lot darker in color plus it's like powder not crumble. Could it be that I just got end of batch? Anyone get any like this before???

I really hope that @JenniO11 , @DrMikelleRoeder and @Purina will have someone comment on both of these threads. Seems to me that there might be an issue with quality control at a couple of the mills and customer service at Purina?
