new horizontal water nipples

Got my horizontal nipples in today and rigged up a gallon waterer for my 4 week old chicks...man they took right to it!!! No more poppy dirty water!!! Yea!!!! One of the best inventions yet!!! My Dominiques love it!!!!
 
Great stuff. Took mine about 30 min. Make sure you have some sort of a small whole on top of the container, this will prevent the vacuum buildup that causes the water to stop flowing.
 
Took them about 15 seconds to get on them.But they are at the stag now when we walk into the room they come running to see if we have them a treat!!! We play with them several times a day especially my 4 year old son..kind of hate when we have to move them outside in a couple weeks!!! Better than watching TV!!!
 
My chicks have not caught on to the vertical water nipples yet... I just got my horizontal ones in the mail today. Have to find a suitable square larger container for the final project but a gallon would be fine for when they are little!
