Don't Panic! Keep calm and grab a towel.
Keep her inside, calm and warm. Wrap her in a towel if needed to keep her from struggling while you treat her.
Don't use peroxide or Alcohol on the injuries as Peroxide is bad for healthy flesh and alcohol will burn.
If you have a betadine scrub you can wash the injuries with that and then spray with the Vetericyn.
If you don't have any betadine scrub just use a gentle soap to clean and wash the wounds. Flush them well with water so you can make sure any dirt or debris is out of the injuries. Then go get that Vetericyn.
Use the Vetericyn asap to spray on the wounds. That stuff works miracles. She most likely won't peck at her own wounds and unless she has some severe muscle tissue showing I wouldn't cover the wounds.

Until you have the vetericyn you can put neosporin without pain killer on the open sores.
You can get it at feedstores and I know Petco carries it.
Ducks are pretty amazing and can survive a lot of injuries so she will be fine. Just keep her away from those chickens and keep her alone until she's healed up. Keeping her inside is good because she's lost feathers and she won't be able to regulate her body temp until the feathers grow back.
