Patience and treats,. get frozen little green peas let them thaw then go and sit out with them not trying to pick them up but just sitting and talking quietly toss some peas out most ducks love peas and dried meal worms if you wait patiently and don't rush it you'll have them eating out of your hand. When working around them whether it's cleaning out their house of just working in the yard always move slowly around them and talk quietly. They'll warm up.
