    rooster with weird feather growth on neck.

    I was checking my rooster's collar to loosen it, and when I took it off, I saw this weird feather growth. I felt a small bump under his skin and could see some small feathers poking out. It's on the back of his neck. It looks like a small feather cyst. Is it serious? How do I treat it?
