    Just a few days ago we discovered a hawk in a tree right next to our chickens. Turns out, it's a family of 5 (I think Cooper's) Hawks. This was my quick fix to keeping them at Bay. The run in an of its self is temporary. We shall see how this keeps HUNGRY Hawks away!

    Need help with survivor of hawk attack

    My 7 week old duck, Dragon, has been injured by a hawk. Any tips on how to care for an injured duck? Anything to make him more comfortable or happier? He also has a lot of tiny but densely packed fly eggs deep in his feathers, any tips for that? They are stuck tight and I don‘t want to hurt him...

    Swelling after hawk attack, penicillin

    I have a baby chick that was attacked by a hawk yesterday. She got two talon cuts.one above each wing. I washed the wounds with betadine solution and applied triple antibiotic cream. I also gave her a little injection of penicillin. She seemed to do better and even ate a little yesterday...
