The tall, powerful stallion's expression was fatherly and kind. "I apologize. I have put her to this with my absence. Please, do not hold it against her," he said with a warm smile at Aiyanna. He turned to see Yuma on the hill, and twitched, before shaking his head and turning back to Galante. "I missed you so much," she said. "Why haven't you come?!" "I didn't think Yuma would appreciate me, but I decided some things had to be done. I haven't seen my own daughter or granddaughter in a month. That's not right."

She looked up towards the stallion and listened to his words with a nod. "I also saw that Yuma and his mate had a filly. So wouldn't you then have two granddaughters to visit?..." Aiyana asked with a sweet smile and a little wink.

"Yuma, it seems, has disowned me. I do not think it would be appropriate to ask to see her." "Besides, you just got here. What do you kn-" Galante started. "Galante," Fuco said, looked back at her.

"W-what if I asked for you?" the young mare said quietly, her eyes suddenly turning slightly puppy-dog like. She ignored Galante's remarks.

Fuco's brow furrowed as he began to think. "Why do you care?! You just met them both!" Galante blurted before Fuco could object.

"Seiously, quit acting like you're superior and answer my question; why do you care about those two and their daughter so much? They betrayed him."

"If you're going to be a snob, go away, instead of shoving those traitors in Fuco's face!" Galante said. "Galante, enough," Fuco's voice took on the rare tone of a true leader, and she lowered her head. "I am curious, though; why do you want me to meet them so?"

"I don't know. I guess it's kind of sad that their foal hasn't met her grandsire yet. Maybe because I can relate, and it makes me feel a bit upset," she said. Suddenly, she shot a glare towards Galante. "And you. You can watch it. Even if I've only been here for a few hours, I'm already sick of your attitude. Don't try to frustrate me again," she snapped in a forceful tone.

"It's Yuma's choice, otherwise I would be there with her. I don't think she's really developed a connection with her other grandsire, either, because he was not to impressed with his daughter's descision, if I remember correctly. I have to respect Yuma's choices, however," he said. "Hey, Little Miss Preggers, I'll be happy to kick your butt whenever you want. Just don't use that thing as an excuse for YOUR attitude. I don't give advantages or head starts," Galante sneered, unfazed.

Sick of her sneering, Aiyana pinned her ears to her skull and nipped Galante's neck, letting her know it was time to knock it off before she really attacked her.
