She then sneaked off, for a walk alone in the depths of the forest. The filly took in all of the new sights and smells she hadn't experienced before when she was younger, and cooped up with her parents.

A mysterious figure watched from behind the brush, its strange yellow eyes following the filly's every move.

After a moment of silence, the figure stepped out of the foliage. A colt, with an ugly sneer on his face, glared at Rose. "Lost?" He asked, raising a brow. His glossy black coat covered his still developing muscles. A thick black mane covered his neck, and was laced with twigs and small dead leaves; as was his ground length tail. The colt's fore-lock covered half his face, revealing only one mischievous yellow eye.
