Yes, trail riding is awesome!

I went on a trail ride once, but I didn't get to control the horse.

It was, how would I say it? Um, well, people would take us out on a trail, and since the horse knew its way so well, I didn't have to do anything except sit and watch the other people who rode the horses.

Biggest bunch of sissy's I have ever seen!

Yes, trail riding is awesome!

x2! It cracks me up, I've been on a trail ride like that. It's no fun. But some people I know went on the same one at a different time and it was the second time the daughter had been on a horse she told me "And the horse was trying to canter!" I thought, no way. Those horses were slugs! xD

Oh, I know! They probably think every step is abuse....

Edited to say I really don't think they are overused, just lazy slobs

Most of the poor things are overfed by little kiddies and their mouths are numb to reins because of being tugged at.

I always feel so bad... But, then again, I used to get utter joy and just become ecstatic from taking a small ride on one; Just think: It might be the highlight of some kid's day to pet the little pony and go around in a circle or on a trail on his back.

I still feel bad...

Ugh, I am seriously dieing a little inside whenever I think about my riding instructer's horse, Kauus.

I haven't been riding in ages, and I miss it soooooo much! Gosh, I can't even think about it without getting a sinking feeling in the bottom of my stomach. The weather is cooling down, and its just perfect to go riding some days!

I need to email her soon, I need to ride a horse...
