If you get the chance to ride a gaited horse go for it. Just remember not all gaited horses have good smooth gait. They will be smoother than what you are used too. If you ever decide to get one, ride a lot of them and discover what real smooth gait is before you buy. I always farm hop and try lots of them, then let my butt tell me the one to get. (Is the one that for my butt.) SMOOTH!!!!!! Not ALL gaited horses are smooth. And gaited horses can be used for just about anything.

I do take lessons and I learn all I can on Google. I know there are a lot of clashing views on the internet, but that's ok because my first horse teacher (that actually taught me how to ride) was a extremely biast about riding and it kinda rubbed off on me.

The 4 - 5 month old blue roan foundation quarter horse filly! Oh.

I miss everything these days. The days i missed were spent with somebody, not sure if you have heard any of the talk about a certain person and me.

Thanks! I'm gonna train her, all myself. I don't want anyone else's training, that's the cause of the problems I've been having with Dezi. I was grooming him today, and i walked over to look at some. Dez knocked a brush off of the fence and tried to lick it. I walked over and said "You little rascal" and I was gonna pat his hind quarters and he cringed and acted like I was gonna slap him.

@ whatever person slapped him enough to make him that afraid.

Yep. He rode with us to our state show, two hours there on Friday, 2 hours back, slept on our couch, 2 hours there, then 2 hours back in our Honda with another girl, squishing me against him for 2 hours. He is the absolute sweetest guy I have ever met.

Ahh, I take that back. 0_0 That's terrible! Like, yelling at you and telling you you weren't good?
