Why do you think he did? 0_0

There is this one little curve in the road he really hates and I was riding him in the yard around a bunch of bushes near the road and he thought I was taking him on it, he began backing up when I gently urged him forward and began crow-hopping, I got him stopped before the real bucking happened.

Goodness Diva! And you call yourself a horsewoman. *shakes head* Crow-hopping is when he tucks up his head and starts jumping in the hair, humping up his back, it's not bucking because he doesn't kick out his hind legs and it is easier to sit.

Crowhopping is when a horse kinda jumps it's hind legs off of the ground without extending them, bucking is extending them. I ride this NSH, named G.Q. now, he's a sweet horse....I take that back....he's a jerk. This ten year old girl got on him, she confided in me later and told me she never kicks him when the teacher tells her too, and that he's arabian and like to 'run' and 'gallop'....well when I got on him, tried he threw a huge fit. Stomping and half rearing at a standstill, so I cross-reined him and oh MAN! He trotted really nice around the arena three times before I asked him for a canter, but when I did he almost threw me off....several times in fact.
