we are safe we were worring about the tree hanging over our chicken pen but that did not fall so we were happy but we are safe just power is out

Glad to hear it! Make sure the tree is reasonably taken care of so you don't have to worry about it again.

we can not do anything about i because it is a maple tree and if we cut it is would fall on the coop anyways

There are techniques to make sure it doesn't fall on any structures. I remember seeing an article in a magazine about those once.
