I have a really annoying situation. I lent something of mine to a friend I used to be very close to, she said she wasn't done wiht it yet so I let her keep it, then we started to drift apart, now we're practically strangers and she STILL hasn't given me it back! I've tried asking, but she totally forgets to look for it as soon as she walks out the door.

Any advice?

Oh, and there was a "special". Now, what on EARTH is a special? It was very mystifying. The special was called '1204Z' and the guy kept telling everyone there was a special
