Someone's listening to a squeaky little child version of Somewhere Out There where the child can't hit the high notes. It's been posted on Youtube. Poor thing.

I try to not make anyone feel guilty (except when they deserve it, of course), although I think that sometimes I do.

Poor kid, I hope they'll delete that video before s/he gets old enough to be embarrassed by it.

When they really deserve it, I enjoy dishing the stuff out.

The poor child sounds like she's (I think it's a she, although I can't be 100% sure) being strangled because she's singing it about an octave higher than normal.
