Hey guys? I have a question. How do you change the title of a post? I don't want to change one thread in particular, I just want to know for future references

This is how my daddy told it to me: The fourth of July celebrates the signing of the declaration of independance by the first thirteen colonies. They got rid of the "No Slavery" part, so certain colonies (Don't remember which ones) would vote yes on the declaration of independance. Later on, the civil war broke out because of that I believe. Do correct me if I'm wrong though, my daddy told me all of this yesterday, right before we had this big party

well,they wernt even thinking of having no slaves back then, it was when the south pulled apart from the north at the beginning of the civil war that there was a 'fight' for the freedom of blacks, but really, the north just wanted to bully the south back to be part of the USA

BTW, did you know the civil war was unlawful? because good ol abe didnt ask the congress to go to war!

Same here. My dad is very, educated in that area of, stuff. (American history) Heck, he's just really, really, educated!
