It's not a horror anime, but some parts are incredibly freaky, like the Witches the characters fight, Sayaka towards the end, and Walpurgisnacht.

Yup! The art style is incredibly interesting and the plot is amazing! Totally recommend it~ There's also Rozen Maiden, one of my personal favorite anime of all time. It's about a shut in boy who accidentally orders a magical doll named Shinku.
