Once they reached the bottom of the mountain where the snow wasn't as think they rolled the dead wolf off the sled "Leave it here for a few days and there will be tons of maggots to eat" Silverpelt said approvingly

Silverpelt and Spiderfoot pulled the sled back up the slope so it wouldn't melt, Sagepaw and Icewhislker trailed behind, alert for any danger

Soon they were back up near the top of the mountain where it was freezing, they tied the sled up to a tree and began walking the rest of the way into camp
