Daine faced a drake in the woods, the feathers on her back raised. The huge drake walked calmy around as they faced off, surrounded by his familiar circle of followers.

Daine flew at him in a fury, kicking furiously then flipping him backwards over her head. He latched onto her throat, but she shook him offf. " My duty time is done. Let me GO!" she screeched furiously
" No. Your too valuable an agent." he replied, smacking her across the head with his wing, rendering her unconscious. The other, anonymous, faceless ducks, descended, then backed away, leaving her unconscious, tied, and with a trickle of blood sliding out of the corner of her beak.
