well let me make some guesses.

right now we're in the last 2-3 months of school and there is a ton of projects and exams coming up.

then summer vacation when no one is here ever.

and then september and october is school starting up again. and getting back to the normal swing of things is always a pain.

I WCBH started in November because that was National Novel Writing Month. It's a big event, and I think they know what they are doing, planning it that time of year. People have some free time, life becomes less hectic, ect.
