Nora heard mans voice call back, he had a trace of an accent but she couldn't place it. Well he says he doesn't want to hurt me she thought, but she just had to trust her gut and go for it. She walked around the bend into the mouth of the cave. She saw a nice little fire and immediately wanted to rush over to it. She hesitated when she saw his weapon, "you're not planning on using that are you?"

Gjoran shook his head, and said quietly "I won't". He added "If you don't attack me." He said "We don't need to be fighting. We need to help each other out." He motioned for her to sit next to him by the fire.

(the more the merrier! plus it raises the likely hood that he's not gonna stab and eat me to stay alive. in all fairness I don't think he will anyways. lol)

Nora rushed to the fire and began warming herself. "I won't give you a reason to use it, I agree we don't need to be fighting." Then she added "I'm Nora by the way, its nice to see another person in all this mess."

Gjoran nodded, managing a smile, and replied "It's so hard to understand. How we were all trapped in ice." He added simply "I'm Gjoran."

"Nice to meet you, its a good thing you seem to have some survival training. I'm not very good at building fires and making weapons and what not. If you need to be stitched up though I can manage that!" Nora said with a smile. She was finally starting to get feeling back in her limbs being next to the fire. She was lucky to have found someone who could handle themselves. "Its like the world is in some sort of ice age, although how that possible is beyond me. Or how we some how survived in the ice like that."

"Do you remember anything, from before I mean?" She asked tentatively "I'm having a hard time remembering how I got here."

"Nice to meet you, its a good thing you seem to have some survival training. I'm not very good at building fires and making weapons and what not. If you need to be stitched up though I can manage that!" Nora said with a smile. She was finally starting to get feeling back in her limbs being next to the fire. Nora laughed, "No I was a vet, but the same basic principles apply. At least in these times it does. I remember going home and thinking about what to make for dinner that night, then nothing."
She looked around the cave a bit, wondering how large it was or if there was a whole system of caves here. As she glanced back to the man she wondered if there were others out there like them. Confused and alone not sure where they were or what was happening. Now that she was warmed up a bit her stomach growled a little.
"I don't suppose you also have some food hidden away in here?" She asked a little sheepishly.

Gjoran listened to her, clearly intrigued by the presence of another human being on the desolate earth he had found himself on. Her words reminded his stomach that he was hungry too, and that there was absolutely no food around. He said quietly "There's no food here. We will either have to hunt or find an abandoned building and look there. I would be happy to explore the area with company if you're up for it."
