*°Hell as White as Snow°* (A Role Play)

"Oh, thank you! I am so sorry we came at such an inconvenient time, but we really had no other option."
Dierk paused for a few moments to lead Jade a little further into the cave, feeling that a woman in these conditions would need to be slightly guided, and then decided to introduce himself.
"I am Dierk, and this is...Uh...Jade! Yes, Jade. It is nice to meet others, and know that we are not alone in all of this.
It seems that this girl is from America, but I am not from that country. I live in Germany, so I don't see how it could be possible that I am not in the place I was when this all started. Do any of you have a clue about any of this?"

Jade stiffly walked inside the cave's entrance, managing a faint smile to the woman welcoming them.
(Excuse my boring writing, I've been going in and out of writer's block.)

Nora gestured to the fire as she dug through their food for another can of fruit, opening it and handing it to the woman, Jade. "It is nice to meet both of you. I will let the others introduce themselves when they are ready. As to how or what is going on, we have discussed it a little bit last night. We are not sure how this is all possible, but we are not all from the same time. For example I am from the year 2001, Nigel is from 1914." Nora said for example as she set her pack down and stood by the fire. It was unlikely that she was going to leave right away now given that new people just showed up.

(@silkiecuddles Don't know if you want to introduce your characters?)
(sorry for the delay. My mind's just not been in this storyline, but I'm here now)

Janette nodded her head to affirm Nora's explanation. "Janette," she said bluntly, byway of introducing herself as she looked to the new pair.

Ian had returned to the fire as Nora went in. With newcomers now, it was likely they wouldn't be setting off to search at the moment. He dropped another log on the fire, brushing his hands on his pants before sticking out a hand to greet Dierk. "I'm Ian. Good to know there are more people alive here."

Madeleine made her way over to Ian's side to greet the new German. "Salut, I am Madeleine Honore," she said, smiling pleasantly. This whole time and location thing was terribly confusing, so the man's outfit was little surprise. She just hoped Dierk and Nigel wouldn't make things too complicated.

Dierk looked to Ian, quickly looking over Ian's appearance before shaking his hand respectively.
"I'm Dierk. Us running into this group was a true gift from God. I do not know how I was able to see the smoke from this fire through this weather, it's not as if my eyesight is any good!" Dierk chuckled, wanting to lighten the mood just a little as he noticed people slightly staring at his uniform. He knew people who loved the Nazis, and people who hated them; usually the latter. He hoped nobody here had a very strong hatred of them...Besides, it was a great movement to help Germany.

As he listened to Nora's explanation, Dierk was rather put off by all of this. It would explain the rather bold outfits these people wore, but this would be like time travel. And, that couldn't possibly exist. That was complete rubbish, were these people really lying at a time like this? He thought about it, only silently. He would ask questions once he could feel his toes and fingers...Except he was extremely curious so he immediately broke that rule.

"So, you're all from different times...And different places? That means that some of you practically know the future...Things that haven't even happened yet. That isn't scientifically possible."

(I pretty much answered you in my post replying to Silkie, by the way.)

"Yeah," Ian said. "And so far, the times and places seem completely random. You say you were in Germany?"

Madeleine chuckled softly. Obviously, this man was German. But then she recalled that for Ian, there was a much larger gap of time so he would be far less acquainted with the Nazi regime.

"Well, that is interesting...And rather frightening. But, yes, I was born and raised in Germany. I'm a part of the military, as well. We're going through some rather rough times, being here and away from home is definitely making me anxious for what's happening in Germany...Well, where are you from, young man?" Dierk sighed, obviously bothered and rather distracted by this information.

"The US," Ian said, straightening with pride. As the man's comment set in, he added with hesitation, "Germany wasn't doing so well last I heard."

Madeleine looked to Ian, interested to know what the news was centuries after her time.

Nora listened to the new comers talk to everyone. She was more then a little apprehensive of this new man but she was going to follow the old rule of innocent until proven guilty. She would treat him no different then anyone else, but she would watch him, just in case her gut was right.

"No, we really aren't. Going through some rough times currently. But, I have faith that our Führer will do good work in Germany. He's a brave man with great ideas, and that's what we need right now...I just wish that none of this had happened, at least not yet. My country is what matters to me most, and right now I'm not there to see what happens." Dierk stated rather grimly, "I just hope this is all over soon. But, I feel like anything happening quickly here is impossible."
