*°Hell as White as Snow°* (A Role Play)

"What are you talking about?" Aya questioned back, perplexed. But then she believed she may have figured it out.
"Do you think I mean that it's 2979 now? Don't worry, I know it's about 3000?...1. Yeah, 3001."
Madeleine took an unsteady step away from Aya, confused by what she was hearing from this woman. This woman who, like her, had recently woken from an icy coma of sorts. "Non," she said softly, barely audible. "Non, cela ne peut pas être," she mumbled to herself as she looked around, wide eyed with worry which was only increasing. "Désolé, sorry. It was 2025. How can it be 3001?"

Aya heard what Madeleine was saying, though she couldn't understand it, and could tell she was rather panicked.
"Well, I don't know...It just is. I remember it loud and clear."

(Bring in the Nazi from the 40's in his uniform praising the dead Hitler, and you've got hilarity. XD)

Dierk rested for a few minutes as he sat on the icy earth, and finally had the willpower to stand. He groaned, stretching and stumbling like a hibernating bear, snow flaking off of his uniform. He looked down at the ground, squinting to avoid the snow, and cursed rather loudly at the fact he didn't have his gun with him.
Though, if he did, would it even work?
"Hilfe! Ist jemand da??" Dierk hollered into the storm, hoping to God that somebody was near.

The fire in Gjoran's cave had now started and was burning quite strongly, the smoke escaping through a small gap in the cave roof. He decided to venture down the rest of the cave, grabbing a large branch from outside to defend himself, after shaking all the snow off of it. On second, thought Gjoran decided to stay and become completely warm until he decided to leave the fire. So just like that, he sat down where he had just stood up from, finding some humor in his indecisiveness.

( :gig I made my new guy at 2750, so that'll spread the times out a little XD)

Madeleine looked around for anyone else who had risen from the icy ground. She suddenly didn't feel quite comfortable in this woman's company, with her statement of the year being the 3000s. How could that be? It had been 2025, plain as day, last time she could recall. She looked up at Aya now, her mouth forming an O as a thought hit her. 2025 was the last she could recall. That didn't mean time couldn't have elapsed since then. But a whole one thousand years??
"Comment? How can I be alive?" She asked concernedly.

Ian's eyes flew open, suddenly alert, as if someone had flicked a switch to turn him on. There was a noise in the distance—or was it nearby?—that could be heard, but it was indecipherable. It sounded like mumbling, yet it sounded human. Ian sighed deeply as he tried to place his bearings. That field was going to be a fun one to photograph. Maybe he ought to stay in the vicinity all day so he could get morning shots as well as sunset shots. As long as he avoided the rioting town, he'd be fine. With these thoughts in his head, he moved to get up but stopped because he couldn't. A look of surprise and horror crossed his face as he turned his head slightly and looked around him. This, this wasn't the field of poppy flowers he had just been in. He glanced down at the hunk of ice resting in the palm of his hand, shaking it off as soon as what it was registered with him. A quick glance to either side told him that this was an icy land, desolate of all but a few randomly set boulders around.

"I am not sure. None of this seems scientifically accurate. The ice, this place, what we're telling each other; none of it is making sense to me. The human body can't physically live that long, no mammal can." Aya shook her head, looking to the ground as she thought.

Jade awoke, the realization that she was frozen within a block of ice slowly being understood. The ice was weak, but now that she was awake the bitter air contained in the ice filled her lungs like poison gas. She gasped relentlessly for fresh air to purifying her dying lungs. Both her legs and arms were kept unmoving by the heaviness of the ice, but she realized in desperation that the ice surrounding her head was thawing. She rocked her head back in forth, the motion slamming her forehead against the packed ice, until the ice gave in, collapsing around her body. She gasped, eager for fresh air to fill her as she lay motionless on the white ground.

(Alright. You're getting Mr. Hitler.)

Dierk thought he heard something nearby; shattering, someone gasping for air. Was he not alone?
He stumbled forward, blindly following any sort-of human sound, and eventually stumbled upon a girl.
She looked alive, though she wasn't moving, and he decided that helping this poor woman was the only option. A man could get up and out of ice in this weather, sure, but a frail woman? He wasn't too sure.

He fully approached her, looking at her face from above to see if she was awake.
"Gnädige Frau? Bist du in ordnung??" He wasn't sure if this woman was German, but she had to be in Germany somehow. He couldn't have left his home country. So, for now she was getting German.

Dierk offered his outstretched hand to her nervously, hoping this girl was alright.

(Yay!)
Jade had been staring up at the cloudless sky recovering when the man appeared standing over her. She stiffened, willing her numb legs to support her as she stood, apart from the help of the man's offered hand. "I don't understand what your saying." She informed him gently, a cool air nipping at her lungs as she opened her mouth to speak. "Do you speak english?"
(WOMEN AREN'T WEAK :p)
