I want to make another pepperoni pizza, because apparently I'm 40-something going on 8. You know, whatever. Life's short. I'm having pizza tonight! I'll make a side salad to feel better about my choices.

I just put the chicken in the marinade...it is spicy!!! I hope the pineapple helps to calm some of the heat. DH does love spicy food and it's for him, so I won't worry too much.

If the chipotles are from a can, I KNOW! LOL.

The first time I used those peppers from a can... it only took that first time and I remembered to tone it down and never use as many as called for
