*°Hell as White as Snow°* (A Role Play)

Given the fact that Jade couldn't lift Dierk off the ground and onto his feet, he took it upon himself to stand and release his arms from her cold grip.

"Alright. I am up, I am up." He said tiredly, shivering slightly. He looked around at the cold and vast land.
"I see the weather has not changed in this place. We need to do something, we cannot survive much longer like this."
"Maybe if we walk far enough we'll come upon civilization." She suggested, trying to not show how cold she was as she took a step back from Dierk.

Janette slowly crept out from under the blanket, not wanting to yet wake Madeleine. She made her way over to Nora before saying anything aloud. "Yeah, I think I can make a decent fire," she said, shrugging lightly. "There's still firewood from last night that I can use. Then maybe Ian, when he gets up, will go find some more."

"Good because it is freezing in here." Nora replied with a shiver as she rubbed her hands together to warm them. "We found some houses a little ways out the other day were we got this stuff from. I think at least some of the group should probably go back and check the other houses that we didn't get to for more supplies. With this many people we will need more. Or I wonder if we should consider scoping out one of the houses to move to, if one is intact enough it might do better then a cave. I suppose something like that we should put to a vote maybe. What do you think?" She asked Janette as she watched her work on the fire.

"Yeah, sounds like a plan. Maybe you should head the party, since you know where the houses are, and take one of the guys and someone else. Safety in numbers," Janette said as she busied herself stoking the fire to life.

Nora nodded as she listened to what she had to say. She didn't know that she would have picked herself to lead the party back for supplies, but she was a little happy to have a chance to prove herself. "I could do that, I'll wait until the rest wake up and see who wants to volunteer to come along." Nora replied as she moved closer to where Janette was stoking the fire so that she could feel its warmth once it really started going.

Janette tossed a few branches on then crouched down on the cold rock floor to gently blow the small flame.

Ian stood up slowly, using the wall as support while he stretched in attempt to get circulation moving in his leg that had fallen asleep. Once it was back to normal, he made his way over to the fire. "Morning," he said with a nod towards the two.

Nora gave Ian a smile, and nodded back to him. "Good morning, I'd offer you some coffee or tea bud sadly were fresh out." She joked, although having some tea would be so nice right now she thought.

Dierk looked around, trying to see what was in the distance.
There was just a minuscule string of smoke in the air, barely discernible from the snow that was now gently falling, but in a great amount. He had to squint his eyes and focus to see it clearly.

He gestured in the direction of the smoke, "Feuer, that way. We should go in that direction. Maybe people are there."

"That's a crying shame," Ian said, chuckling softly.

Janette leaned back on her heels, barely acknowledging him at first. "As soon as GJoran or Mr. WWI wakes, let's get that search party out and see what else can be found at the houses," she said.

Following his gaze, Jade looked hard towards the direction Dierk pointed to. "Alright." She said decidedly. "We need to start moving before we freeze to death."

"Follow me, then."
Dierk began walking in their selected direction, expecting Jade to follow.

"It may be a long while before we reach where we are going, so perhaps we should talk a little." He suggested conversationally. "After all, we barely know each other. Asking a few things could be helpful."
