"What is the significance of this rock anyway," marina said following.

"It was a rock I found, in a, um, part of the ocean" he said trying not to sound suspicious.

 

[CrazyChickLady7]

"Yes there are many rocks in the ocean, but why us this one so special?" Marina took a breath, trying to be patient.

 

[chickensamazing]

"Because, because...umm, it looks.. cool?, yeah, cool!" Karol stuttered.

 

[CrazyChickLady7]

"Karol, that isn't why you want this rock. Karol you can tell me. I wont tell any of the others." Marina smiled, now genuinely curious.

Karol was cornered, he didnt know what to do," fine, I'll tell you, in the ocean, there is a forbidden trench, no Griffin is allowed to go there, but I was just overcome with curiosity, so I went in, it was so cool, there was different types of fish there, than we see up here, but I wasnt supposed to go in there, anyway, I found the rock, so I took it, it looks like a normal rock, but when I hit it really hard, it changes colors and it vibrates, I have been trying to figure out what it was, because regular rocks dont do that, but I still havent figured it out yet"

" There, thats why the rock is so special to me" Karol finished.

Marina laughed. "That is what you didn't want to tell me?" She smiled. "Karol, many young gryphons venture into the forbidden trench, including myself. Though, i did not see a glowing rock."

Lilac fell asleep and Raine noticed that the storm stopped. He decided to go back out and get food for himself and Lilac so they didn't have to waste their food on him. He ventured out to the ocean and caught two salmon. He made sure they didn't have stiff and then brought it back to the cave.

Karol saw raine, "he looks so tough, I wonder why he hasnt told lilac about the stiffs yet." Karol said
