Serenity yawned, exhaling deeply and letting a loud, tired sigh escape her lips. She shook out her short, thick mane quickly, trying to wake herself from a snooze that was ever so slyly sneaking up on her. I ought to see what Awentia is doing Serenity decided. So, after a short pep-talk to get herself up from the ground, Serenity got herself moving and began to trot lazily, looking for her friend. That was, until she heard some of the older horses talking in the distance. She slowed down a bit perked her ear in their direction. "So you decided to play, huh?" Suddenly Awentia appeared at Serenity's side. Serenity, not expecting her, jumped slightly. "Don't do that!" She squeaked, shying away instinctively. "Geez, sorry, I forgot." Awentia apologized. "Race ya to that tree!" Awentia took off, with Serenity at her heels.

Rain smiled as she watched the two foals playing. Craning her neck around to look at her belly she smiled happily, certain she had a little one of her own inside. I hope it will be a filly...

Moon was grazing alone beside the river.
"Moon!" Shadow called, rushing over. "Moon, have you seen Patriot?? I can't find him anywhere!"
"Shadow, calm down! I'm sure he's around here somewhere," Moon assured. "I will help you find him,"
"Thanks, Moon." Shadow replied, sighing.
"Are you sure you're up to taking care of him?" Moon asked quietly.
"Yes." Shadow replied stiffly. She headed into the trees calling for Patriot.
Moon just shook her head and followed.
