He's... Oh.... 5 weeks old now? I was told he was something else, but I'm having my doubts.. I'd like to hear what you all say before I go on with what I was told.

Doesn't look much like a Leghorn. Those aren't the lobes you're seeing they are the coverts. Too young to be showing that much lobe. The lobes are red. I'd say a White Rock of possibly one of the meat crosses. Pretty heavy shank-looks like he'll be a big boy.
 
I had a Cornish X I'd gotten rid of, out grew this thing in no time.. This one is the same size as the barred rocks, red sex-links and wyandotte I'd gotten around the same time.
 
Well, it was supposed to be a Buff Orpington roo. The wife picked it up from the local co-op.. Not sure if I'll keep him or not.. Guess I'll just wait and see how his attitude is.
