Chapter 3
“When are they going to be back Mommy? I'm bored...” Stella complained.
“I don't know, but we better keep looking. I'd hate to loose one of them.” Maizie replied.
Stella and Maizie continued to walk. “Bell!! Sophie!! Maxy!! Has!!”
“Peep!” A sound came from behind the bushes.
Stella grinned and ran off.
“Get over here, Stella!”
“Peep!” The same sound came from the bushes. “M-m-m-mommy? H-help us-s-s!!!”
“Where are you guys?! MATT!!! DANIEL!!! LACEY!!! BUTTER!!! B-b-butter... Butter Scotch?”
“What is going on?!” Daniel, a Black Breasted Red Old English Game Bird, the head rooster called from a tree.
“I lost my babies! Please help me, Daniel!”
Matt came running up to Maizie from out of no where. “What happened?!”
“I don't know where the children ran off too! The last peep I heard from them was 'Help us!'.” Maizie panicked.
“They'll be alright. You stay here, I'll go and get Grace.” Daniel assured them.
Soon enough, Daniel arrived with his mate, Grace. Grace, Daniel, Matt, and Maizie started to look for the children.
“Ah!!!!!!!!!” A scream came from a moving bush.
