‘Container’ Coops?

They are water tight. Definitely large enough to move around in. They can sometimes come with a wooden floor that could be problematic over time with all the wet poo, so avoid those if possible.
Install an electric fan to keep the air moving. I worked a job loading and unloading products in snd out of them when i was in college. Saying they are hot in the summer is an understatement.
Remember that "Doomsday Preppers" show? Many of those people used those containers. Google plans and you can find best ways for attaching things to the inside, layoits, etc.
 
I have one of these with a wood floor. I thought about and would not consider using it for a coop. It would need a large amount of ventilation and a large fan moving air constantly in the summer. It's always unbearably hot in mine, granted it only has a single roof turbine vent which doesn't do much. In the winter it's an ice box, literally.

It is excellent for dry, rodent free, storage.

Those tiny houses must be very well insulated and vented.
