“Olive Egger” pullet or cockerel?

Hello everyone!!

This little guy is stumping me. They are about 8-10 weeks at this point. This one was sold as an “olive egger” pullet with no breed indications, so I’m having a hard time even looking at resources online. What do you think? Pullet or cockerel? I wouldn’t really care as this one is quite docile, but I am not allowed roosters, so crossing my fingers for a lady.

Thankfully he has a good backup home to go to! I suspected this but was hoping everyone would tell me I was wrong

8 - 10 weeks ? Likely a cockerel, but I would not rehome him until male specific feathering appears.
