“RARE” breed. PLEASE HELP

Hello! 15 week old “rare” breed from Hoovers hatchery. Was told it’s a type of maran but who knows. Please let me know if you have any ideas. Thank you.

Looks like a black copper marans to me; the one that lays the darkest brown eggs, normally.
I was thinking the same but I keep getting told no because she doesn’t have the feathered legs. I guess I’ll have to wait til she lays.

But she's a hatchery bird so standards get poorer the farther you get away from the original stock. They don't ruthlessly cull birds that don't meet breed standards.
 
Out of hoovers "rare" assortment she best fits the description of a Prairie Bluebell Egger. This cross breed has a pea comb and white lobes just like your girl
