"True.."she sighed. "Do you know why?" She asked.
 
Kate turned into a wolf, and dashed wherever her legs would take her, one trailing behind. She appeared in the middle of a bustling human town, and raised her head, perking her ears up. She trotted to a small crack in between two houses, her head down. Sitting down, she stared at the people walking in front of her.
 
Kashi was sitting in the edge of a cliff looking over the mountain.

Fang was by the river trying to catch fish.

Kate closed her eyes. She heard a distant song. She hummed the tune. It was a sad song, but the beat was relatively fast. A child ran by her, a small dog barking and following at her heals.
 
Kate heard a small boy crying somewhere nearby. She cautiously padded up to him, and his eyes lit up at the sight of her. "Puppy!" he exclaimed. Kate barked, and let the boy pet her. He laughed.
 
The boy smiled, and ran inside as his mother called him in. Kate disappeared, curling up into a ball in a small space underneath a house.
