Would it be acceptable to green-light it and see how they shake out? if pippin's character is way too overpowered, we can turn it down as we go maybe? Since it seems to be little "unknown" on if it would even be a broken char, seems the best way to find out is to play?

If the problem is that my character may be too powerful, how about my character doesn't really know how to fully control it yet
