Hi! How is the flock?

Great! Our young rooster is still chasing the new hen , he doesn't understand that she is bigger than him, (he still has alot of growing to do), but he tries to mate, anyway

My Dark Cornish were very excellent egg layers, and lousy flyers. They are also meat birds.

Probably so, but this is a noisy, easily startled, flighty hen,just imagine.
