My best friend has goats, and I go to her house every few weeks, I've helped her with them.

Hair loss isn't major, but if her temperature is out of the ordinary, and if she's acting weird, than to be safe you could bring her to a vets office.

If nothing else is wrong, than maybe check for lice. Glad to help when possible
