Imra left the Queen's room and began walking at a normal, calmed pace once she was a safe distance away so she wouldn't raise any suspicions if she was seen. She decided to walk back to the wedding and simply say she had no idea where the Queen went if anyone asked. Hopefully Divinity's escape route was good enough to keep her safe.

Zahir came up quickly behind Damon, taking in the situation. " If I may be so bold sir, I could try booting down the door. It might make the proper statement you are looking for to start this conversation," Zahir suggested.

Damon smiled menacingly at Zahir's wit."That shall do." He said, gesturing for Zahir to put his words into action as he stepped away from the door.

Divinity smiled at Imra's kind words, fear momentarily being replaced by a look of gratitude. She then rushed to bolt the door as Imra slid into the secret passage, and once more hid it with the tapestry.

Damon smiled menacingly at Zahir's wit."That shall do." He said, gesturing for Zahir to put his words into action as he stepped away from the door.

Zahir grinned, then threw his weight into his heavy boots, ramming the door with his heels. It took several tries, but the door started shivering after a few tries. Eventually the lock gave way with a heavy sigh, the door swinging sharply on its hinges and slamming against the wall. A bead of sweat trickled down his face as he chuckled, then stepped aside to allow Damon through first.

Damon slowly approached Divinity, meeting her gaze to make known that she couldn't escape. He paused before her, not breaking his gaze, as he questioned Zahir menacing: "How do you think this behavior should be corrected?"

Divinity flinched as the door flung open, but stood firmly. She didn't waver in her decision to face Damon despite her fear of him. She couldn't escape his wrath, therefore her choice was to deal with it sooner rather than later in fear of its anticipation.
