Blaze sniffed, then stopped abruptly. Her head snapped up. "Do you smell something?" She asked the rest of her patrol, testing the wind.

Hail's hackles raised as he caught the scent, and he stopped beside Blaze, "A male, not far away." He relied in a stern tone, eyes hard as he scanned the grassland surrounding them.

Thaw stopped just behind and to the left of Blaze, holding his head high, eyes wide as he looked about them, ready to fight is threatened.

Hail spotted movement, and narrowed his eyes to bring the figure into focus. "There," he said and gestured in the direction with a sharp nod of his head.

Blaze stiffened her shoulders slightly. "Thank you, Hail." She stepped forward confidently, walking towards the scent.

(Gertrude, can you move Hails form into Breezevale pack, and change his stats to Breezevale and Packmember?)

(Yurp.)

Wind looked up from her rabbit and made her way towards Blaze, wondering what this was about.

Oak followed, wondering why he had been woken from his nap.
Blaze looked their direction, her head held high. She waited for everyone to come over before making her announcement. "This is Hail. He is joining Breezevale as a pack member." She said with no room for questioning.

All…right… Bird thought, Well, that's a surprise.

Oak nodded, not wanting to upset Blaze.

Wing yawned, she could care less about this new arrival, and licked her chops, bloody from the rabbit.
Blaze rotated her ears forward. She was quite pleased. "Hail, these are your fellow pack members: Bird, Wind, Oak, Thaw, and Pyra." She said, looking around the circle.
Hail looked to each of the pack members in turn, then said, "I'm pleased to meet you all."

Bird dipped her head in greeting.

Blaze looked towards Stormpeak territory and sniffed. She thought she had smelled something, but she quickly shrugged it off and turned back to her pack. "I also called all of you here to organize a border patrol. Wind, Oak and Pyra, you will check and mark the Frostwood border, along the river. Hail, Thaw and I will check the Stormpeak border." She said with a slight air of authority.

"Do you need me for anything?" Bird asked.

Echo ran to the river. She was needed to get out of camp and the river was perfect.

Aurora pulled a mouse towards her and began to eat in the nursery.

Lynx complained "Mom can I go out please? You let Silver go."

Silver sniffed grass patch in camp. She looked at all the sights and sounds of her new home.

North watched the young pup Silver.

Snow looked at the new arrivals "Who are you?" She asked Aurora with a quizzical look.

Eagle had given up on trying to escape the nursery, he skulked in a corner, he was never allowed to go out by himself!

Wind turned her head to the cries, and looked to Oak, who had just returned from marking the designated area, as he returned Wind looked at the area the cries came from "Follow me, Pyra found something. " She said, and trotted quickly towards her

Oak nodded and followed, curious as to what she could've possibly found.

Pyra didn't have to wait long before she saw Wind and Oak coming through the trees, her tale up and head high. "This elk, it doesn't look like it was brought down by anything, and nothing has eaten it, but it's been here for suns. Why do you two think that is?" She said in a straight for way, head tilted slightly in a inquisitive way.

Oak didn't have any idea why they shouldn't just go ahead an eat it, but he usually left those decisions to others.

Wind thought for a moment, it would feed the pack for a while, but the fact that an animal hadn't killed it or eaten it yet led her to believe otherwise "Disease, we should probably stay away from it." She concluded matter-of-factly, and shook her pelt vigorously.
Silver crawled over to her mother. "I'm Aurora."

Lynx stopped bugging his mom. He sprang over to eagle. "hello"
Snow licked her fur "I'm Snow, and that's my pup, Eagle." She pointed her muzzle to her pup, in the nursery pit.

Eagle looked up in surprise at the sight of another pup "Hi, who are you?" He asked, slightly bewildered from the sudden arrival of another pup.
