After handing out the food, Leyona yawned and stretched again. She sat down and gazed up at the sky, which was decorated in reds and yellows. The colors reflected off her eyes, making them look as if they were glowing. The breeze rippled through her golden fur, sending the faintest scent of the wild grasses that grew around Stormpride territory. She had a almost sad look on her beautiful face as she gazed at the sky.
 
* Zola woke up beside Mazowi in the morning chill. She carefully left his side and started back to camp, making a small detour to catch a baby gazelle to bring back. She was content, her worries and discomfort soothed by Mazowi's company. But now she would have to go back to the camp. Still, she would help the pride and work hard, and be in a better mood because of last night *
 
The stars danced in Zuri's eyes, the wind billowing with unearthly grace through the sea of gently flowing golden grass, sweeping softly against her dark, olive-tinged coat. Her elongate tail curled, it's tassle of pure black dangling above her, ticking side to side like a zither in contentment.

Desta's pelt of snowy white contrasted to the rock that she slept on, the moonlight's soft glow laying upon her slender figure in delicate ribbons of light.

Kirobi's golden eyes blazed with something unreadable, as he parted the thick weed and padded off into the seemingly eternal fields of grass, his long, lightly barred tail trailing behind.
 
* Zola sighed at her memory from two nights ago, then stiffened as a pair of eyes appeared watching her. She moved to stare back when they vanished. A chill swept through her, and she got up for a walk in the morning sun to drive it away *
