Khairi stood on top of Kuangalia-Nje Kilima and watched over the whole area, the hill being so high up he could see all of the neigboring clans and the two-leg village.


("Kuangalia-Nje Kilima" roughly means "Lookout Hill" in Swahili, so I renamed it...)
