Leyona dragged the dead animal and dropped it off in front of her family. "Imani, I have dinner." "Good job daughter, you have done well." Kibwe said, digging into the large animal's flesh. "Mm, yes dear, very good." Imani piped in, feasting too. Leyona smiled proudly and held her head high. "Chidi, Adanaya, dinner!" Leyona yelled at them. Chidi and Adanaya lept over and stated eating. When they were about half-way done, Kibwe look up from his dinner and stared at Leyona seriously. "So, you have found a liking in this, pride, have you?" Kibwe said. Leyona looked at Kibwe surprised. "Yes, they seem a reasonable pride. Their leader is good, I've met him." Imani joined in too now. "Dear, do you not remember what we have said about prides?" Imani said seriously. "We don't want you getting situated with them yet until they have been inspected and trusted by you Father and me." "Mother, I have not yet trusted them completely! I just want to see if they are a good pride, a trust-worthy one too. So far, they look it, but, I don't want to leave you yet so I may just help them with fighting and food and not join." Imani rubbed her head up against her daughters. "That is very good dear. When your siblings are another year older, you may join. But for now, I need you here with your Father and me." Leyona smiled. "Yes mother, I shall."
