When Widget and Usagi were kittens I remember a particular day when they were running full speed around the house. My old roommate normally had his door open and they would race around the corner into his room, run around and out.

This particular day he had his door closed for some reason. We both heard run, run, run, run, mad scrabble of claws on laminate floor, thud, thud as both kittens hit the door.

I just keep hearing the thud of their paws on the carpet, then thunk as they hit their head. Now they've discovered my christmas tree.
