I like my version better. You have both my recipe and my mother's recipe. I prefer my version because it has bacon.

I lived in Coeur d’Alene/Post Falls area of north Idaho. I definitely miss four seasons. Your seasons probably have a more drastic change than up there, but I’m sure you can relate.

I’m still getting used to grass actually growing after summer.
