☆☆☆Fresher Starts. Moving More☆☆☆

Home made marmallows? What are they like? Did you remember the chocolate? How did you make them?
I found the recipe a while ago in a library book and wrote it down -- these ones are made with sugar syrup and gelatin.
I made two batches: Honey-chocolate-chip, and vanilla with just a hint of Triple Sec. I thought that they both tasted pretty good.
They're pretty easy to make, but they need to dry for several hours.
I think that the book was called, Marshmallow Madness! or something.

Huh, interesting.

Another life lesson learned. It only counts if they lived through the experience and learn from it.
They lived and got a bigger learning experience than they expected. They were torching a car.

They woke a barber up to get haircuts to remove the evidence. The barber gave them haicuts and then reported them to the police.

They really lucked out because the cops caught them so fast they didn't have time to further their initial plans. Instead of just being caught for burning the car which belonged to one of them, they could have also been charged with insurance fraud. They never had the time to file an insurance claim therefore no insurance fraud.

I believe they both got suspended sentences for burning the car.

Black powder is not to be toyed with. One case I know of involved using an "empty" black powder tin as a target. The resulting explosion caused a pebble to strike the shooter in the head, killing him instantly.

A) said guy deserves a Darwin Award.
B) the guy standing over black powder is working on honorable mention.

however I doubt it would explode without being confined. My guess is had it taken a good burn unit might have saved him long enough to experiment with blasting caps or other genius level activity.

My marshmallows didn't dry quite enough last night, so they're very melty and gooey and keep falling off of the stick.
I found a way around this:

Tongs: Useful for flipping, childbirth, and s'mores.
Umm.... yikes! You're not going to be a midwife are you?
Jk 🥰.
Tongues, useful for much more.
No comment :lau
Sometimes, if the birth is hard or if the baby gets stuck, they can use these tong-things to sort of grab the baby's head and ease it out. I think.
Forceps I think
