Adam woke up, not able to sleep he stood up to see the empty bed and note.

Today, 9:58: Project D being retrieved, Project B still running amuck.

Isabella continued crying.

"Come on lets get you home", Charles said gently.

Mackenzie walked in a different direction than the one the creeper ran and the way she came from... Towards the park.

Adam noticed the open window, sighing, was it a prank? Did she finally leave? But he still needed his cat! He grabbed a jacket swung it on and climbed out of the window, following Mackenzie's tracks in the snow.

"Lets go", Charles said grabbing her arm heading back towards the apartment building.

Isabella shivered, as snow begun to fall.

Adam hurried before the new snow covered Mackenzie's tracks.

Mackenzie climbed another tree and climbed all the way to the top and sat on the thickest branch at the top. She smiled as she glanced around the neighborhood.

Adam spotted Mackenzie up in a tree, "What are you doing?!" He demanded.

"I told you in the note... Im getting some fresh air. I couldn't sleep."

"You cant just leave! Come down!" Adam yelled.

"You don't n-need to yell...." She said, obviously hurt. She started to climb down, tears glinting in her eyes. He'd never yelled at her before.
