"Good, We have a long day ahead of us." she said "Once the herd has woke up and eaten we will start back around to the east mountain."

River looked at Shadow. "Then you lead."

"No thanks, I'm not really the leader type."she said shyly.

Spice walked over to a nice patch of green grass and ate some. Then she went to get a drink and stood at the edge of the meadow waiting for the herd. She wished that Swift was there to lead the herd out of this but she was proud to do it until they got a new leader.

River smiled. "I trust you."

Shadow smiled but the fears from the past still held her back. "Maybe another time. Anyways, Soldier probably wouldn't like me taking over anyways." she said joking around. "I think he's leading us to rocky mountains."
